CHALLENGING A WILL
A Will can be challenged after you die if :-

you did not have the mental capacity to make a will at the time it was signed;

the will has been changed sometime after you signed it;

you did not make the will freely, or your decisions were influenced by others;

in some situations, certain specified individuals whom you may have had a responsibility to provide for, consider that you have not left them a fair share of your estate.
There are strict time limits in which a will can be challenged. Legal advice should be taken as soon as possible.
