Allan Langfeld
Allan is a partner and is based at the Formby office. He qualified in 1976 and his main areas of work are probate,residential & commercial property and commercial work in general.
Frank Williams
Frank is based at the Formby office and qualified in 1974. He undertakes general commercial work including commercial property, conveyancing, wills, trusts and probate with particular emphasis on inheritance tax planning.
Jennifer Smith
Jennifer graduated from the University of Sheffield with LLB Law (Hons) and joined the firm in August 2008. She is currently qualifying to become a solicitor in the Formby office where she undertakes work relating to Wills, Probate and Family matters
Michael Yates
Michael is the firm’s managing partner and is based at the Formby office.He qualified in 1974 and specialises in conveyancing and probate with a special interest in elderly client work.Michael is a committee member for the Alzheimers Society.
He is married to Garden Designer Michele Martin. In his leisure hours aviation, theatre and travel are his other passions. A Scouser born and bred, Michael gained his law degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in its revolutionary heyday (1968-71) but was drawn back to Liverpool. He and Michele now live in Southport where their garden is a work in progress.
Suzanne Marsters
Suzanne is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives who has been with the firm for in excess of 20 years. She is based at the Liverpool office and specialises in Residential and Commercial Property. Suzanne enjoys socialising, and takes a keen part in helping to organise local charity events.
