Brenda qualified as a solicitor in 1972 and in addition to her law degree also has a Masters.She is based at the Heswall office and specialises in all aspects of family law and personal injury work.Brenda is an advanced member of The Law Society’s Family panel and is also a member of The Law Society’s Personal Injury panel.
Jennifer Howell
Jennifer Howell is based at our Heswall office, Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and specialises in Lifetime Planning dealing with all aspects of Wills, Trust and Probate. This includes Elderly Clients and Court of Protection matters such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, Receivership applications and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
