Claire qualified as a Legal Executive in 1993 and as a Solicitor in 1997.She is now a partner based at the Huyton office.Her main area of work is personal injury including industrial disease.Claire is a member of The Law Society’s Personal Injury panel.
David Wooding
David was originally called to the bar in 2003 and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2008. David specialises in Personal Injury at the Huyton office.
Helen Oakes
Helen qualified as a family solicitor in 2000 and practises at our Huyton and Liverpool offices.. Helen undertakes all aspects of family law specialising in divorce and financial matters and private child law disputes. Helen is a collaborative lawyer aswell as an Accredited Specialist of Resolution.
Jennifer Carr
Jennifer Carr is a Solicitor based at our Huyton Office. Jennifer qualified as a Solicitor in January 2010 and undertakes all aspects of family law, specialising in divorce, financial matters and private child law disputes.
