Claire has a degree in Law and completed her Legal Practice Course in June 2008. Claire is currently qualifying as a solicitor and specialises in Clinical Negligence at the Maghull office.
Michael Danby
Michael was originally called to the Bar (1986) but qualified as a solicitor in 1989.He is a partner based at the Maghull office and specialises in clinical negligence and personal injury work.Michael is a member of both The Law Society’s Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury panels.
Michael Pratt
Mike is a Legal Executive who qualified in 1983 and is now based at the Maghull office. He undertakes all aspects of family law specialising in complex financial disputes, divorce and children matters. Mike is an accredited specialist with Resolution in matters relating to pensions and cohabitation. Resolution members subscribe to a code of practice which aims to resolve family issues in a sensitive, constructive and cost effective manner.
Mike is a keen film buff and an aviation enthusiast.
Nuala Boydell
Nuala specialises in residential conveyancing at the firm’s Maghull office.She qualified as a solicitor in 1980.
Simon Taggart
Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and is based at the Maghull office.He undertakes all aspects of personal injury work.
