Claire has a degree in Law and completed her Legal Practice Course in June 2008. Claire is currently qualifying as a solicitor and specialises in Clinical Negligence at the Maghull office.
Michael Danby
Michael was originally called to the Bar (1986) but qualified as a solicitor in 1989.He is a partner based at the Maghull office and specialises in clinical negligence and personal injury work.Michael is a member of both The Law Society’s Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury panels.
Michael Pratt
Mike is a Legal Executive who qualified in 1983 and is now based at the Maghull office. He undertakes all aspects of family law specialising in cohabitation,pensions and property disputes. Mike is a member and accredited specialist (cohabitation & pensions) with Resolution.
Nuala Boydell
Nuala specialises in residential conveyancing at the firm’s Maghull office.She qualified as a solicitor in 1980.
Simon Taggart
Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and is based at the Maghull office.He undertakes all aspects of personal injury work.
